Who I am, what I love
My strategic approach to internal communications and change management weaves together situational analysis, tech know-how, a journalist mentality and a client-service mindset. It's a proven model that aligns your workforce priorities with your business goals. Because your bottom line matters.
I grew up in Thailand for 18 years before moving to Melbourne, Australia, where I obtained my Diploma of Professional Writing and Editing and a Bachelor of Professional Communication at RMIT University. I then worked for an international conference production company as a journalist and communications manager in Sydney for four years.
In 2016, I decided to move to Houston, Texas, loving it upon arrival and putting down roots! I dabbled in agency life as a copywriter before jumping into internal communications and change management, finding my passion for connecting people to a greater purpose in their workplace and driving tangible returns on investment.
My experience spans industries including environmental services, technology and oil and gas. I have consulted on internal communications and change management for international companies including Waste Management, Körber Supply Chain, Rackspace Technology and Shell Energy.
Outside of my consulting life, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Brenda, going running, volunteering at dog shelters and checking out art museums. I speak Spanish and have two pets - a Lab-Pointer rescue named Milo and a calico rescue named Luli.
